Work Order – My Work

General

The My Work area in MyPM is where user access Work Orders and progress inspections.

Orders Tab

The My Work Orders tab shows a list of Orders for the current user and within the parameters of their MyPM User Profile/s and SAP settings.

Display

  • The list fields displayed and their screen location changes to accommodate the screen size of the device being used.
  • The Status column indicates the MyPM status of the Orders. These are configured in MyPM Administration

Search and Filter

Filter the displayed records using the text filter field:

Sort the displayed records using the Sort option:

Navigation

Select an Order record to navigate to the Work Order page.

Calendar Tab

The My Work Calendar view helps users with their work planning. Hour (default), day and month views exist.

Select an Order record to navigate to the Work Order page.

Inspections Tab

Active inspections (those incomplete or associated with Work Orders that are still not complete) are accessible from the My Work Inspections tab:

  • Select the list item to navigate to the Inspection Questions Page
  • Select an Order, Functional Location or Equipment hyperlink to their respective detail page

Work Nearby

This option provides a list of work nearby, based on maintained GEO location addresses:

On supported mobile devices the Compass icon will be displayed to provide a direction indicator and distance to asset display:
